By submitting content to Verde, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, process, store, and display such content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Service.

You represent that you have the rights necessary to submit such content.

All intellectual property rights in Verde, including software, AI models, design, branding, and content (excluding user content), are owned by or licensed to us.
